COVID 19 - OUR CURRENT POSITION
Please be aware we are a small, family run business. Our entire livelihood is dependent on this business and your support. Despite holding all the necessary insurance, insurance companies are refusing to cover for loss of business due to Covid 19. Therefore we ask for your compassion and understanding at this difficult time.
We are continuing to offer our afternoon tea delivery service.
Our bricks and mortar shop is now open for bridal and alterations appointments,
click and collect for online fashion orders and afternoon tea takeaways.
All being well we will reopen for in house afternoon teas, parties and shopping in September.
If you have a party booked with us before September we will be in touch. We will be making decisions on these bookings on a case by case basis.
In the event that a party cannot go ahead due to government stipulation we are happy to offer a postponement at no extra charge within 12 months of your original date. The balance will then be payable 30 days before the new date.
If we are able to fulfil a booking, but you wish to cancel, the terms and conditions of your original booking confirmation still apply and we cannot offer a refund.
If you have an afternoon tea voucher that expires before September you can redeem this against our delivery service within a 4 week period. You need to contact us before your voucher expiry date if you wish to do this.
