How do I book a party?

You can either book by e-mail or phone. We are very happy to answer any preliminary queries you might have.

Let us know the date and time you'd like to book for, which package you'd like to book and for how many people.

We'll then send you over booking confirmation by e-mail. This will include all the information you need to know about your booking.

Can you hold a date for me?

We appreciate that organising groups of people can be a challenge so we are happy to hold a date for 7 days for you. If another enquiry for the same date comes in during this time we will let you know and give you first refusal.

Do I have to pay a deposit?

We ask for a 50%, non-refundable deposit for all our party bookings. Your booking is only secure once the deposit has been received.

The deposit is payable within 7 days of the confirmation e-mail. The balance is payable 30 days in advance of the booking date.

How do I pay you?

We will issue you with two invoices, one for the deposit and one for the balance owed. These invoices can be paid by card or you can make a bank transfer directly to us if you prefer.

What happens if someone drops out, can I get a refund?

Our payments are non-refundable. To secure your date and confirm your booking we advise only booking for the number of people you have absolute confirmation from.

 

You are welcome to add people on to your booking at a later date.

Booking Questions

Do you cater for dietary requirements?

Absolutely! We are very happy to cater for dietary requirements. Our menu is vegetarian as standard.

Can you do a vegan or gluten free afternoon tea?

Yes, this is not a problem at all. However, due to the additional cost of the raw ingredients there is a £2 supplement for gluten free afternoon teas. This is payable on the day.

I have an allergy / food intolerance can you cater for me?

If you have an allergy or food intolerance we are happy to cater for you if we can.

If you have any severe food allergies we would ask that you get in touch directly to talk through your needs.

 

Please be aware that we do use allergens in our kitchen and whilst we are extremely careful we cannot guarantee that there will be no cross contamination.

 

Dietary Questions

Do you sell alcohol?

You will received a complimentary glass of prosecco with your party booking, but we do not have a license to sell alcohol.

 

However, you are very welcome to BYO. We charge £4 a bottle corkage. This is payable on the day.

Can we decorate the space?

You are very welcome to do this if timing allows. If we have more than one party taking place sometimes it's not always possible for you to arrive early to do this.

Please feel free to contact us beforehand to ask when you can come in to decorate.

We do however ask that you don't bring in any table confetti or similar as it is very difficult to clear up and terrible for the environment.

Can we bring our own entertainment?

Unfortunately, no. We offer an extensive range of party packages that you can choose from and we know what works in our space.

Is it OK if our party runs over?

It is highly likely that we will have other party bookings on the same day. We kindly ask that you make stick to your timings. We cannot add on extra time if you or your guests are late.

Is there parking nearby?

There is on street parking available on Alma Vale Road and on the surrounding streets. This is mostly free at weekends, but do double check the signage as there are some bays that are an exception to the rule.

 

There is also parking in the Clifton Down Shopping Centre car park which is a 5 minute walk away.

Is Heartfelt Vintage accessible?

Our space is accessible from the street, however due to the nature of our very old building our toilets are currently not wheelchair accessible.

Can I mix and match and / or combine packages?

We cannot create entirely new packages for one off parties, but we are very happy for you to mix and match activities if we can make the numbers work for our team. 

Q. Can you come to us?

Yes, indeed we can. Our party packages are also fully mobile if you'd like us to come to you.
